Meh, it took a whole mess of techniques to make this... I even tried a quick way of cel-shading the Ancient Minister...

To make a the hand, I took a picture of my own hand and went from there. xD

I'm actually quite proud of it. =)

You have every right to be proud of this. :) This is incredible work. :D I'm amazed at how great it turned out, and the way you utilized different methods for getting everything down pat is insane. That's what I like about you--you always look for different sources of inspiration and you always solve things with originality.
